From: LncRNA NCK1-AS1 in plasma distinguishes oral ulcer from early-stage oral squamous cell carcinoma
The expression of NCK1-AS1 was upregulated in early-stage OSCC patients but not in OU patients. The expression of NCK1-AS1 in OSCC patients (n = 55), OU patients (n = 49) and healthy participants (n = 55) were detected by qPCR and data were compared by performing one-way ANOVA and Tukey test. It was observed that the expression levels of NCK1-AS1 were significantly higher in OSCC group in comparison to that in OU and healthy participant groups. In contrast, the expression levels of NCK1-AS1 were not significantly different between OU and healthy participant groups.*p < 0.05
