Nesfatin-1 protected H9c2 cells against CoCl2-induced ROS production. H9c2 cells were treated with 800 µM CoCl2 for 48 h, before treatment with nesfatin-1 (20, 60 and 80 nM) for 24 h. A The ROS level was detected using a fluorescence probe (DCFH-DA). The levels of released MDA (B), SOD (C), GSH (D) and CAT (E) in the supernatant were detected by corresponding detection kits.
