a, b Antibody CD3 staining showed that T cell infiltration is strongly positive throughout the kidney tissue (staining 3), except for the renal corpuscle and the medulla where it is moderately positive (staining 2). CD20 antibody staining (to wit, B cell infiltration) is weakly positive. The weak concentration appears mainly around the renal corpuscle (staining 1) while the medulla is negative to CD20 antibody (staining 0). CD138 antibody staining, therefore the plasma cell infiltration is negative (staining 0)
